Basic ingredients: Magnesium flakes, rosemary, sage, hyssop, juniper, bay leaf, thyme, vervain, pine needles, and a small amount of clove.
Heart Healing
A gentle heart-centered blend created to support emotional healing, self-love, softness, forgiveness, and opening the heart again. This blend is made to help your heart release what it has been holding while becoming open to safely give and receive love.
Basic ingredients: Magnesium flakes, rose petals, pink rose, peony, lavender, jasmine, violet, hawthorn, calendula, and lemon balm.

A blessing blend created to help you call in abundance, alignment, new opportunities, love, peace, clarity, and the blessings meant for you. Use this when you are ready to shift your energy from release into receiving.
Basic ingredients: Magnesium flakes, bay leaf, peppermint, chamomile, calendula, honeysuckle, alfalfa, chrysanthemum, and a small amount of cinnamon.
Unwind
A peaceful blend created to help calm your nervous system, soften stress, quiet the mind, and bring your body and spirit back into a state of rest. This is beautiful to use when you need emotional peace, grounding, or support after a long day.
Basic ingredients: Magnesium flakes, lavender, chamomile, calendula, lemon balm, rose petals, and gentle calming botanicals.
Smudge Candle
This kit also includes a 4-hour smudge candle made with white sage and dragon’s blood. Light the candle each time you use one of the four blends to support cleansing, protection, and sealing your energy.
Basic ingredients: White sage and dragon’s blood. Approximate burn time: 4 hours.
Suggested Use:
Start with Cleanse + Protect for your first bath or shower to clear, release, and protect your energy. Then move into Heart Healing to support the heart and open yourself back up to love. Use Manifest when you are ready to call in blessings, alignment, and new energy. Finish with Unwind to settle your spirit, calm your body, and return to peace.
Each bath/shower blend comes individually wrapped in an extra protective bag to help keep everything fresh until use.
To use, keep the blend inside the organza bag. You do not need to open it. Simply place the bag directly into your bath water or place it in your shower where the warm water can run over it. When finished, remove the bag and discard the contents.
